GMP is unofficial and we do not facilitate it. Grey Market Premium, Kostak and Subject-to-Sauda are unregulated, speculative figures quoted by third parties in an informal market. Platform only reports figures published by others — it does not operate, arrange, broker or endorse any grey-market transaction, and grey-market dealing carries its own risks. GMP frequently changes, can be manipulated, and has no reliable relationship to the actual listing price.

Data may be wrong or stale. Figures are updated automatically and can be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or change format without notice. Always verify price bands, dates, lot sizes, subscription numbers and financials with NSE, BSE and the official DRHP / RHP / registrar before acting.

Stock, index and financial data. Where Platform shows share prices, index levels, company financials, valuation ratios, shareholding, peer comparisons or corporate events, those figures are not real-time, may be delayed by minutes to days, and may be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Platform is not a stock exchange, a data vendor, a broker or a portfolio manager, and holds no market-data licence. Each figure shows available freshness information; treat anything marked “unavailable” as genuinely missing, not as a signal. Confirm every number against the company’s own filings and official NSE / BSE data before relying on it.

Past performance is not indicative. Listing-day gains, historical price moves, past subscription patterns and previous GMP accuracy describe what has already happened. They are not a prediction of, or a promise about, any future outcome.

Calculators are arithmetic, not advice. The GMP gain calculator, the allotment-odds estimate, the trade risk calculator and the position-sizing calculator perform simple, disclosed arithmetic on values you enter or on public figures. Their formulae are shown on screen. They do not assess whether any trade or investment is suitable for you, do not predict returns, and are not a recommendation.

Decision Journal. The optional Decision Journal stores your notes only in your own browser on your device — it is never sent to Platform’s servers or any third party. Its “process quality” score and behaviour prompts measure how complete your own research record is; they say nothing about whether an investment will make money, and are not advice.

“Estimated listing” and “Gain / lot” are illustrative. They simply add the current GMP to the upper price band and multiply by the lot size. They are gross — no tax, no brokerage — and assume the stock lists exactly at (issue price + GMP), which routinely does not happen. They are not a forecast, a target or a promise of any return.

News headlines. The “In the news” items on an IPO page come and are independent reports. Platform does not write, verify, endorse or take responsibility for them; follow the link and read the full article yourself.

AI features. The assistant, per-IPO overviews and the daily digest are generated by AI from the aggregated data. They can be inaccurate or out of date, are clearly labelled, and are not advice.

Intellectual property. Company names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners and imply no endorsement. Report errors, rights concerns or exclusion requests to platformad@gmail.com.

Allotment. We only link to official registrar and exchange pages. We never collect, transmit or store your PAN or application number.
