“Estimated listing” and “Gain / lot” are illustrative. They simply add the current GMP to the upper price band and multiply by the lot size. They are gross — no tax, no brokerage — and assume the stock lists exactly at (issue price + GMP), which routinely does not happen. They are not a forecast, a target or a promise of any return.

News headlines. The “In the news” items on an IPO page come from Google News and are third-party reports. Platform does not write, verify, endorse or take responsibility for them; follow the link and judge the source yourself.

AI features. The assistant, per-IPO overviews and the daily digest are generated by AI from the aggregated data. They can be inaccurate or out of date, are clearly labelled, and are not advice.

Data sources & intellectual property. Platform aggregates factual market data from publicly accessible pages for informational purposes, with attribution on how it works. It respects robots.txt, sends an identifying User-Agent, keeps request rates low, and does not bypass logins, paywalls or technical restrictions. Company names, logos and third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their use here is nominative (to identify the IPO) and implies no association or endorsement.
