Privacy policy

Platform has no login and no user accounts. We don't ask for your name, email, phone or PAN, and you can use every feature without identifying yourself. This page explains the little that is processed, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Who we are
Platform is operated by Platform. For any privacy question or to raise a grievance, contact us at platformad@gmail.com.
2. What is processed

We do not collect your PAN, demat or allotment details — the allotment feature only links out to official registrar / exchange pages.
3. Legal basis
Rate-limiting relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available. Analytics runs only on your consent, which you give or decline in the cookie banner and can change anytime via "Manage cookies" in the footer.
4. Third parties
- Vercel — hosting (sees request IPs, like any web host).
- Upstash — database for the public IPO data (no personal data).
- Google Analytics — only if you consent.
- Google Gemini — receives the text of "Ask Platform" questions to generate answers.
We never sell data and we do not run ads.
5. Your rights
Because we hold nothing that identifies you, there is normally nothing to access, correct or erase. If you believe we hold personal data about you, email platformad@gmail.com and we'll act within the statutory timeframe. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. To withdraw analytics consent, use "Manage cookies".
6. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18.
7. Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes.
